What happens if my cans are not visible and/or accessible?

If cans are behind gate, in garage, or blocked by vehicles, boats, etc., the driver will not take-out/retrieve. The driver will also NOT make another trip by to the property to service that day. If you own a vacation rental, you are responsible to notify guests of our service and expectations for service to be rendered. Upon owner request, driver will return for a $20 service fee.

What if I’m unsure whether my bin will be serviced?


No worries! Our drivers are trained to use their best judgment. If there’s any doubt — we take it out.

Do my trash cans need to be visible and accessible for the driver?

Yes, cans MUST be visible and accessible to the driver at the time of arrival.

When is payment due?

Payment is ALWAYS due on or before the 1st of each month when paying directly. Card payments are billed automatically.

When will my driver not take out the cans?


If a bin contains only minimal or no trash — such as a few bottles, an empty bag, or light debris stuck at the bottom — we may leave it in place to avoid unnecessary handling. This helps keep your service efficient and eco-friendly.

When will my driver take out the trash cans?


Our drivers will take out your trash cans on your scheduled service day if there’s a reasonable amount of trash inside. We follow a simple rule — “When in doubt, take it out.” If there’s visible waste in the container, we’ll handle it for you.

What happens if I have prepaid and I decide to sell my house?

There will be no refunds on prepaid, discounted service plans. Those plans that are non-refundable are the Quarterly, 6 month and 1 year plans.

How do weather conditions affect service?


During high wind conditions, we take extra care to prevent cans from tipping or blowing away. In some cases, drivers may secure bins in place or delay moving them until it’s safe to do so.

Is this service for any trash cans?

Service only applies to city-issued cans.
